From Freelancer to 1,000 Ads a Month: How I Built KONNVERT's Creative System

Short answer. I am Raf, founder of KONNVERT. I started as a freelancer on Upwork, running marketing research and creative strategy for DTC brands. This is the system I built that lets us produce 100 to 1,000 ad creatives a month across our clients without a single shoot.

Where this started

I am Raf, and I did not start in DTC. I started obsessed with one thing: marketing. For six years I worked as a freelancer, and in the early days I wore every hat. I was a marketing strategist first, but I also edited video and designed graphics, whatever a brand needed to grow. I fell so hard for the craft that I went and graduated in marketing, because I wanted to understand why things work, not just how to make them look good.

That obsession turned into real growth for the brands I worked with. I helped pages go from 1,000 followers to over 100,000. I took others from 30,000 to 500,000. I put up content that did millions of views and helped brands get on the map before anyone knew their name. I was not just making assets. I was building audiences and studying, post by post, what actually makes people stop, care and act.

Over those years the work pulled me toward direct response. Growing a following is one thing. Turning attention into paid performance, into lower CAC and more sales, is another, and it is where the real pressure lives. I moved deeper into DTC brands on Meta, and I hit the same wall on every account: good creative wins, but production is slow. A new angle meant a shoot, a crew, an edit and a week gone. By the time a test shipped, the window had moved. I got tired of watching brands lose scale to the calendar. That wall is what pushed me to AI, and it is where KONNVERT started.

The insight that became KONNVERT

Strategy is the product. AI is the mechanism. Brands do not pay for ads, they pay for lower CAC and more winners, and the thing that actually finds winners is the angle, not the tool. So I rebuilt the whole process around one goal: test more distinct angles, faster, than any studio could. AI is simply what makes that volume possible. That is KONNVERT, productized.

The four-agent scriptwriting system

Scripts are where most of the quality is won or lost, so I systematized it into four roles. A Research Agent mines the brand and the customer's real language. An Angle and Concept Agent turns that into distinct angles. A Winning Ad Ripper studies what is already working in the market. And a Rules Compliance QA Agent checks every script against the brand and platform rules before it ships. No angle ships without a named source behind it. No script ships without passing QA.

The production pipeline

From there it is one connected line: research, angle, script, still, video, ship. Every script becomes a still first, QC'd before any motion. Stills become video. Video gets delivered and logged. It runs close to autonomously, which is how a small team produces the volume of a studio floor. The system does the repeatable work so the humans spend their time on the part that actually matters: the thinking.

Why we can hold CPA down at volume

Because the account never starves. There is always a fresh batch of genuinely different angles entering rotation before the current winners fatigue. That is the whole game on Meta now, and it is why we can put real spend behind creative and keep CAC in check. It is not magic and it is not just AI. It is a system, and I built it because I needed it myself first.

FAQ

Is this fully automated?

The repeatable production is largely automated. The strategy, the angles, and the judgment are human. That split is the point.

Who is KONNVERT for?

DTC health, beauty and wellness brands spending enough on paid social that creative testing can actually learn, roughly $20k a month and up.
